You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the moment you receive your order to cancel your purchase, without giving any reason and without penalty, as established by EU Directive 2023/2673 and the consumer protection laws applicable in your country.

Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
Please ensure that the item/items is/are returned to us within the said 14 days. You must also return the Goods to us in the same condition in which you received them, (in an unused and saleable condition, with its original packaging, together with all components, accessories or any promotional extras provided free of charge or as part of a deal/special offer) and at your own cost and risk.
*Bagged / Powder items (e.g. Plasters, Cements, Flooring & Tiling bags) are not returnable due to chain of custody requirement and are perishable items.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to us unless the item is faulty or we delivered the wrong item to you. If we do not receive the item back from you within 14 days of the day you cancelled, we may arrange for collection of the item from you and charge the costs of collection to you.
Delivery charges
The cost of delivery is €12.30 V.A.T. for each delivery up to 30kgs.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt, Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 8.00 a.m. – 3.00 p.m. on our normal business days, if in stock.
Please note that liquids and paints cannot be dispatched via our parcel service.
At the present time delivery is not available to England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
Age restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to access and use our website.

Product availability
All items are subject to availability.
If an item that you order is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you at the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our e-mail within 24 hours, we will continue to process any remaining items on your order.
We may decline your order for one of the following reasons:-

All items on our website are priced in €/Euro currency.
All items are liable to V.A.T. at a current rate of 23%.
We reserve the right to make adjustments to our prices due to any increase in our suppliers' prices, the imposition of any taxes or duties , or an error or omission in respect of the price of the item on our website.
